Design of spring in SolidWorks

1. Select plane

2. Make a circle and give desired dimension

3. Go to Features > Curves >Helix/spiral, Desired Pitch,Revolutions and start angle

4. For Thickness, Select a plane reference geometry > Plane ; Select 2 constraints ..spiral and end point of the curve;

5.Make a circle at the end point;

6.  Use the Features>swept boss/base, select circle as a sketch and spiral as profile

7. Spring;
